When ur two of ur best frens..let say close frens have an argument due to a misunderstanding, wat will u do as a third person? U have a few options for sure : pretend u dont know anything about it and support one while telling the other fren u know nothing about the problem (TWO FACES) or totally be an ignorant or try to help them solve their misunderstanding. Let's explore further each of those options..

* Two faces.. Honestly, I have nothing to say about this type of person. Unbelievable? I dont think this word is enough to describe this person. I bet this kind of person has no conscience at all.. By pretending nothing happens while still posing as a close fren to both of them, it is juz a cunning act. If he/she really thinks that another side is "wrong" then as a good fren or close fren, shouldnt he/she at least let that person knows he/she has done something wrong or maybe inappropriate? Pretending nothing happened wont solve anything, will it?? Or maybe at least let the person that he/she thinks is "guilty" know, u r not on his/her side, so it wont hurt that "guilty" person further, well..actually torture.. afterall, u r still close fren to both of them.

** Ignorant.. Maybe this one is as bad as the one before but it's more tolerable than "two-faces", dont u think? There is a possibility this ignorant person is actually "dont-care" type of person. So, it is still understandable. But the thing is..I wonder wouldnt it better to see ur frens talking to each other..having fun together rather than showing their unhappy faces in front of u? I can imagine the atmosphere must be really awkward.

*** Help them to solve the misunderstanding.. Some might think this kind of person like to meddle in other people's business. Well, if they are ur frens then it's not considered as other's people business, isnt it? If both of them dont agree that u involve urself in their problem, then yes..u should withdraw urself. But wat about it's just a misunderstanding? Will u or will u not do anything to help ur CLOSE frens?

In spite of everything, the decision still lies on one's own conscience whether he/she cares enough for his/her frens or he/she is simply "hi-n-bye" close fren. Anyway...if anyone want to share their point of view..juz let me know...=)
