Selling tickets is not as fun as i thought it will be.. With those different seatings available on different matches.. I can guarantee u will get a headache. Luckily, customers that I served were not that troublesome, as in asking for a particular seat.
I still have a lot to learn. But for the meantime, I still prefer working as a customer service attendant. Easy job, easy money. Just stand there and put on your best smile. Well, with a few exceptions, of coz sometimes you will get this abusive ppl (I should say brain-less ppl). They simply blame u for watever that annoy them or make them wait.
